Venture Capitalists & Private Equity
An alternative source of finance is venture capital. If a client is unsure whether venture capital is the right option for its business, then we will offer advice and use our extensive network of venture capitalists to choose one that meets the client’s needs in terms of market sector, geographical area and investment size. The Concentus team has developed close relationships with a number of venture capitalists, which means that a soundly based proposition has every chance of being considered favourably by the most appropriate provider of venture capital.

Grants
Whether a grant is available at all depends on a large number of factors including the specific purpose to which it will be applied, whether or not it will create jobs, the location and size of the business, etc. A business may qualify for grants at a local, regional, national or even European level.

At Concentus, we will advise on the grants that are available and whether, and how, a business might qualify for them.

Pre Lending Review
Concentus carries out pre-lending reviews on initial investments or refinancing packages after being appointed by either a bank or another form of funder.

Independent Business Reviews
Before finalising a lending or investment decision an independent business review (IBR) will often be required by the potential lenders, investors or venture capitalists.
